I simply adore her, kind of from afar as well. She knows so much about so many things and exudes such persistence in the world of writing. Simply thinking of her spurs me on in my writing endeavor. Her books are so very DEEP. Part of me hates that Mary has endured so much that she can write novels like that with such intimacy. Yet I see what these novels are doing in peoples lives and am reminded that God works her past for the good of others.
