Overcoming Overeating

Lisa Morrone book’s subtitle is, “It’s Not What You Eat, It’s What’s Eating You!”

Now before you shut me off, this book doesn’t address holiday eating, so I think we’re safe. : ) It talks about daily eating and our habits, holiday eating is special. LOL!

Check out our interview, it’s another great one. Even though we’re talking about losing weight she has us to look at things from a different perspective and I’ll be the first to admit that it does help.

Finally – A weight-loss book without a diet plan!

You just want to look and feel better. But why don’t diets and dieting seem to deliver for you? Why the repeated frustration and faliure?

Successful health author Lisa Morrone bypasses diet plans and zeros in ou heart plans – because food isn’t typically the real problem. Here you’ll find tools to assess yourself (not just your food intake), followed by tested methods for breaking through the food trap from the inside out. As Lisa openly shares her own emotional struggles and the candid stories of other women, you’ll see new paths opening up ways to…

1. identify and address the underlying cause of your overeating

2. avoid using food as a time-filler, mood elevator, or painkiller

3. find freedom to achieve steady, solid results from any reputable weight-loss method

4. deal appropriately with inevitable setbacks

5. finally keep the weight off, feel better about yourself, and improve your overall health

This book brings hope for lasting change…and the promise of a healthy, joy-filled, productive life!

The name of the tour is Healthy Hearts: Physical and Spiritual for my novel, Secret and Lies. Unreal. More confirmation taht there is nothing new under the sun. I absolutely will be purchasing this book to include in the gift pack for winner and dare I say one for myself. Wow!
