She&#8217;s also the creator of the HEAL (Healthy Eating &amp; Abundant Living) Journey, which helps young women develop an emotionally healthy and positive approach to food, their bodies, and life. Allie and her husband live near Santa Barbara, where they enjoy surfing, working with youth, and being ourdoors.</p>
<p><strong>Judy Wardell Halliday</strong> is a registered nurse who specialized in Psychiatry. In 1975 she co-founded <em>Thin Within</em> and has co-authored <em>Thin Within; Get Thin, Stay Thin</em>; and <em>Raising Fit Kids in a Fat World</em>.
