A Christianity Today survey found that 23% of the 300 pastors who responded admitted to sexually inappropriate behavior with someone other than their wives. Not just an issue for celebrities or politicians, infidelity is a regular problem for married couples across the country.

“You never forget the day that changes your life forever,” says author and speaker Cindy Beall. For Cindy it was the day when she listened in disbelief as her husband of nine years confessed to a pornography addiction, numerous affairs, and the frightening reality that another woman was pregnant with his child. As everything caved in around her, Cindy grappled to find answers amidst the chaos, wrestling with questions such as; is healing this marriage even possible? Should I stay or should I go?

After much prayer, soul-searching and counsel she made the decision to stay and fight for her marriage and family.

Sharing with raw honesty and intimate knowledge of pain and of God’s power to resurrect something new out of the debris of betrayal, Cindy states the importance for couples to:

Seek guidance, counseling, and prayer support when deceptions surface

Help the family heal from the grief and humiliation

Rebuild trust after porn, sex, and other addictions undermine a relationship

Protect a marriage from lies and unfaithfulness

Rely on God to pursue forgiveness and move forward in new promises

Cindy’s compassion, grasp of God’s Word, and the Bealls’ remarkable story will inspire wives and husbands to trust God with their broken hearts and follow His leading, hope, and redemption.

What the Eldredge bestsellers Wild at Heart did for men, and Captivating did for women, LOVE & WAR will do for married couples everywhere. John and Stasi Eldredge have contributed the quintessential works on Christian spirituality through the experience of men and the experience of women and now they turn their focus to the incredible dynamic between those two forces.

With refreshing openness that will grab readers from the first page, the Eldredges candidly discuss their own marriage and the insights they’ve gained from the challenges they faced. Each talks independently to the reader about what they’ve learned, giving their guidance personal immediacy and a balance between the male and female perspectives that has been absent from all previous books on this topic. They begin LOVE & WAR with an obvious but necessary acknowledgement: Marriage is fabulously hard. They advise that the sooner we get the shame and confusion off our backs, the sooner we’ll find our way through.

LOVE & WAR shows couples how to fight for their love and happiness, calling men and women to step into the great adventure God has waiting for them together. Walking alongside John and Stasi Eldredge, every couple can discover how their individual journeys are growing into a story of meaning much greater than anything they could do or be on their own.

You’ve searched a lifetime for that special person, but how can you be absolutely certain that you’ve found “The One”? And how can you hold on to that love for the rest of your life? While finding you soulmate is a great start, you need much more to build a successful relationship that leads to a lifetime of love.

In More Than a Match, marriage and relationship experts Michael and Amy Smalley draw on their years of counseling experience–as well as hard-earned lessons from their own relationship–to give the specific skills you need to transform you ideal match into a lasting love. They reveal the secrets of loving well, how to apply good compatibility to a prospective date or mate, as well as how to break things off when you find yourself in the wrong relationship. You’ll also learn how to deal with conflict, how to develop a healthy sex life, and how to recover when you inevitably hurt one another.

Fantastic marriages begin long before the exchange of the rings; they start when two people in search of love commit themselves to learning how to love well…and forever. Give your love story a happy ending by working now to lay a firm foundation for the marriage of your dreams.

Debut author Rhonda McKnight has recently released her novel Secrets and Lies! After many emails, we finally scheduled a date for an interview.

Rhonda is not what I guess to be a new author, she is extremely knowledgeable especially when it pertains to publishing and marketing. This woman is no rookie. She is rooted and grounded spiritually as well. Rhonda wears many different hats and balances them all well, which is why she is successful in each.

To learn more about Rhonda visit www.RhondaMcKnight.net.

Listen to our interview:

Book Blurb:

Faith Morgan is struggling with her faith. Years of poor communication and neglect leaver her doubting that God will ever fix her marriage. When a coworker accuses her husband, Jonah, of the unthinkable, Faith begins to wonder if she really knows him at all, and it’s truly in God’s will for them to stay married.

.Pediatric cardiologist Jonah Morgan is obsessed with one thing: his work. A childhood incident cemented his desire to heal children at any cost, even his family, but now he finds himself at a crossroads in his life. will he continue to allow the past to haunt him, or find healing and peace in a God he shut out long ago?

Debut author Rhonda McKnight has recently released her novel Secrets and Lies! After many emails, we finally scheduled a date for an interview.

A childhood incident cemented his desire to heal children at any cost, even his family, but now he finds himself at a crossroads in his life. will he continue to allow the past to haunt him, or find healing and peace in a God he shut out long ago?</itunes:summary>

I’ve got a few extra copies of Kiss Me Again by Barbara Wilson! If you’d like a chance to win a FREE copy, simply post a comment below!

Many married women genuinely want to feel more desire toward their husbands. But while sex before marriage was hard to resist, now resisting seems like all they do. In her new book, Barbara Wilson shows how couples can suffer for years from the “invisible bonds” of previous relationships without even knowing it. Hidden emotions of distrust, shame, and resentment can sabotage even the most loving marriage.

In Kiss Me Again, Wilson:

· Shares her own story of healing and renewed desire

· Helps women forgive themselves and their husbands for past choices

· Shows readers how to break free from “invisible bonds”

· Explains God’s plan for helping a husband and wife to re-bond

· Includes conversation helps for both wives and their husbands

· Helps couples reignite the passion that they thought was lost

With assessment tools, write-in exercises, and gentle guidance, Kiss Me Again offers a biblical plan for rekindling the closeness and passion women long for in marriage. Because no past is beyond the reach of God’s healing touch.

Author Bio:
Barbara Wilson is the author of The Invisible Bond and former director of sexual health education for the Alternatives Pregnancy Resource Center in Sacramento. She speaks nationwide to youth and adults with her message of sexual healing, and she teaches frequently in the women’s ministry at the multi-campus Bayside Church in Northern California. Barbara and her husband, Eric, have been married for twenty-eight years.

Jessie Stone has spent thirty-five years fantasizing about marriage proposals, wedding dresses, and falling in love. She’s been a bridesmaid eleven times, waved dozens of couples off to sunny honeymoons, and shopped in more department stores for half-price fondue pots than she cares to remember.

But shopping in the love-of-her-life department hasn’t been quite as productive. The man she thought she would marry cheated on her. The crush she has on her best friend Blake is at very best…well, crushing. And speed dating has only churned out memorable horror stories.

So when God shows up one day, in the flesh, and becomes a walking, talking part of her life, Jessie is skeptical. What will it take to convince her that God has a better love story than one of the thousands she’s cooked up in her journals? Will she trust Him with her pen when it appears her dreams of being the bride are forever lost?

A romantic comedy with a spiritual twist, Never the Bride is what it means to lose control—and getting more than any woman could ever imagine.
